 Registration for Private Candidates

Private Candidates should register online here.

After online registration, complete the registration form (attached below) and send it to schoolexamsnepal@britishcouncil.org.np along with the payment receipt. Failure to send documents by the deadline will result in the cancellation of registration. Also, complete the Child Safe Collection Form and Parental Consent and Medical Form and send it along with the registration form.

Note: School candidates are requested to contact their respective schools.

Access Arrangement: Access arrangements are pre-exam arrangements that allow candidates to access the assessment and remove unnecessary barriers, without changing the demands of the assessment.

Modified Question Paper (QP): We offer a range of modified question papers for our exams, so that candidates can perform to the best of their abilities. The centre must share the Modified QP form along with the medical evidences of the candidate so that we may raise the request. Some of the commonly requested Modified QPs are:

• A4 18 Point Bold Paper
• Colored Paper
• 18 Point Bold Enlarged to A3
• A3 Unmodified
• Modified Carrier Language
• Braille Paper and Tactile Diagram

Both services should be availed within their relevant deadline along with the filled forms and medical evidence to support them.

Important Notes: 

Candidates are requested to take note that for each registration deadline, you will need to pay the fee and not just register on the online registration system. Any payments and registration made after the deadline will be considered late and will be subjected to appropriate late fee. The registration process will be completed after the payment slip and registration summary are received by the British Council office. Therefore, you should not hold on to your registration forms and payment slips after making the payments and make sure that they reach us before the relevant deadline.

Candidates should bring any of the valid Government ID card (Passport / Citizenship card / National ID card) during the exam day.

We will not be liable  for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings on the test day. So, do not bring any valuable items.
